Onsite Responsibilities as the Regional Property Manager include: • Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture. • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for multiple sites, ensuring optimal revenue generation and expense. • Uphold world-class customer service standards, addressing resident needs, and ensuring a positive living experience. • Set and enforce benchmarks for property maintenance, collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards. • Work closely with the SVP of Property Management to align regional strategies with overall organizational goals. • Be a proactive and effective communicator, addressing challenges and opportunities promptly.
Qualifications of the Regional Property Manager: • 5+ years in property management, with a strong background in financial management and team leadership. • Experience managing a diverse team, including Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and support staff. • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a property management setting. • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to drive financial success across multiple properties. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges and collaborate with internal teams. Job description
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of 8 multi-family buildings with 75+ units in the Philadelphia area. Pay rate will be based on experience. Knowledge with Yardi, Excel and Word a plus. Your duties will include: - Managing Owner & Board relations, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns, conducting property inspections and more.
