Qualifications

Benefits

Job Overview - Regional Property Manager Join a dynamic property management team as their Regional Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of multi-site properties, ranging from studios to 3BR townhouses.   • Facilities management: Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
  • Data entry: Proficiency in accurately entering data into computer systems
  • Office: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Yardi: Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
  • Upselling: Ability to identify opportunities to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
  • Property management: Understanding of property management principles, laws, and regulations
  • Customer relationship management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants
  • Conflict management: Ability to handle tenant disputes or conflicts professionally and effectively
  • File management: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files

Compensation

  • Pay: $61,909.00 - $67,468.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of 75+ units across multifamily buildings. 
  • Managing Owner & Board relations, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns
  • Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Collecting condo payments and ensuring timely payment processing
  • Enforcing Rules and Regulations
  • Handling Owner move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintaining accurate records of property-related transactions and activities
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting for the properties

Job description

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of 8 multi-family buildings with 75+ units in the Philadelphia area. Pay rate will be based on experience. Knowledge with Yardi, Excel and Word a plus. Your duties will include: - Managing Owner & Board relations, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns, conducting property inspections and more.
